Day 15

The tower roof? Yes, I hear it was quite an impressive piece of work, before it got burned. We're still trying to work out how that might have happened. There's something strange going on here, and I don't like it…

- Brendan Shaw

I don't wish to alarm, but it must be said that someone has been taking things from our communal stores. I would like to offer an amnesty to whoever took the Russian dolls, the cigars and the tin of boiled sweets. This is a difficult situation and we must work together if we are to survive. Stealing like this is cowardly and, while these items were not of immediate importance to our survival, is the sort of thing that puts everyone in danger.

- Samuel Peake

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to everyone who helped recover what they could from the SS Bannatyne.

- Veysel Köprülü

This? Oh, this is the game of checkers I won. Daphne was supposed to be teaching me, although I have to say I was rather teaching her, by the end. I should rather think we ought to hold some kind of competition, for everyone on the island, and with prizes for the winner. Oh, and in case you’re wondering, my favourite colour is lilac. Just saying. Hmm? What?

- Alice Drummond

Wouldn't it be lovely if we got to know each other a little better? I'm organising a fun icebreaking game of truth or dare on the beach after sundown, and I'd be delighted if you joined me.

- Phoebe Cross

Weather Report

Over the last few days, light rain and drizzle has become something… a little more insistent. Sleeping out in the open is sadly no longer looking like an option. Meanwhile, that panoramic thunderhead continues to squat on the horizon. The crew are uneasy - when will the storm lift?
