How To Turnsheet
I would like to extend my thanks to Nathan Caulfield for the rescue of Lamina Wetters, a survivor of some new tragedy. Lamina is still in a very delicate condition and has no memory of what happened, so I would ask the other survivors to treat them with due care.
- Veysel Köprülü
Well now, a lifeboat - there's a thing. Thank you to Miss Wilson and Mister Campbell for bringing it back, and to Miss Mira for fixing it up so nice. We've receovered a lifeboat and we've recovered the ship's radio - I think it's fair to say a few of us are sick of this island, so maybe we should think about calling for help and getting off this blasted rock at last.
- Daniel Brander
I'm feeling violently ill - violently, horribly ill. I see visions of death in the air. I swear, there was something wrong with the food. Something very wrong. Is someone trying to poison us? Please, won't someone get to the bottom of this before this violent assassin perfects their decoction and murders us all in our beds?
- Winter Black
I… I'm sorry. I don't know what happened to me - it's like… I don't even know. All I can say is thank you - thank you to Doctor Cheshire and Reverend Hempell for looking after me and bringing me back to my senses. Alexander - Doctor Cheshire, if you hadn't been there when I went back to the stone circle, I don't like to imagine what might have happened….
- Sassa Lund
I had hoped that the discussion at the previous meeting would have resolved this, but apparently not: someone has been taking not only trinkets, but wood and food from the stores. It is imperative for our survival that this sort of thing stops immediately.
- Samuel Peake
Well, this is troubling. One of our number is missing; Luc Dumas was last seen wandering around by the bay, all by himself. If anyone's seen him, or has an inkling of what might have happened to him, I want to know. So few of us have survived - I've no wish to lose any more….
- Brendan Shaw
Alright, so, look I don't want to gossip that much but you know Stevie? Turns out she has some sort of sordid past, she was an academic or something, but then there were all rumours of plagiarism and she ran away from her university. Pretty out there, isn't it? I wonder what stories everyone else has.
- Anita Smith
Ugh, what is wrong with the people on this island? My real friends are so much better than the odd fish one finds in the flotsam of a shipwreck. If I ever have to speak with another Lizzie after all this is over, I shall scream. Have you seen the blubbering one lately - Lizzie Campbell, I mean? Of course, I always did find her frightfully tiresome, but at least she wasn't the sort to spend her whole time trying to talk to her dead mother. Well now, you'll never guess - now this one's defective. The poor thing keeps falling over, and that voice of hers - it's simply atrocious. Did someone feed her that horrid little newt, because I rather believe it might have become lodged in her throat….
- Alice Drummond
Heh, I was never all that good at chequers. Still, I had fun playing - it's nice that we have something a little less stressful to do among all the gathering. Alice Drummond got surprisingly far didn't she? Still, I think in the end the best woman won - good job Belinda!
- Anna Monroe

It is wet. That is to say, wetter than before - there have been a few rather energetic downpours in the last two days, and the only thing about the weather that can be said to be clear is that it is unlikely to improve in the near future. What's more, that band of stormclouds encircling the island appears to be tightening - raging winds and roaring thunder may well be on their way.
